Collaboration with other organizations
Naevus Global collaborates with other international umbrella organizations. These are not CMN specific organizations, but umbrella organizations with the same goals/objectives. For instance: organizations for people with rare diseases or skin disorders.

RDI is the global alliance of people of all nationalities living with a rare disease of all nationalities across all rare diseases.
RDI brings together national and regional rare disease patient organizations from around the world as well as international rare disease-specific federations to create the global alliance of rare disease patients and families.

EURORDIS-Rare Diseases Europe is a unique, non-profit alliance of 910 rare disease patient organizations from 72 countries that work together to improve the lives of the 30 million people living with a rare disease in Europe.

European Reference Networks (ERN) are virtual networks involving Reference Centres across Europe. They aim to tackle complex or rare medical diseases or conditions that require highly specialized treatment and a concentration of knowledge and resources. The working group ‘Mosaic disorders’, also accomodates Congenital Melanocytic Naevus. |

NORD is a patient advocacy organization of North America dedicated to individuals with rare diseases and the organizations that serve them. NORD, along with its more than 300 patient organization members, is committed to the identification, treatment, and cure of rare disorders through programs of education, advocacy, research, and patient services. Naevus Global is not (yet) registered as a member of NORD. The patient support group Nevus Outreach is.

MPNE is a multidimensional network system of predominantly European Melanoma patients, carers, and advocates and operates effectively across cultural and language barriers according to subsidiarity and shared principles. Their mission is to systematically address problems faced by the European Melanoma community in a constructive, result-oriented, and evidence-based manner by providing platforms for communication and collaboration. Melanoma in Congenital Melanocytic Naevus (CMN) and in Neurocutaneous Melanocytosis are rare forms of melanoma.
