Privacy and security are very important in the field of non-profit patient organizations. Privacy/security issues can cause a lot of harm to for instance patients, families, and the organization. The new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has put a tremendous focus on privacy and security.
We embed a Facebook widget to allow you to see the number of likes/shares/recommendations and “like/share/recommend” our web pages. Naevus Global only keeps e-mail addresses, with the first names and last names of people who register with us as newsletter subscribers. They have the right to be forgotten (‘forgetfulness’).
